Terms and Conditions
Payment - All payments to be in Australian Dollars.
Credit - All transactions are made using our Secured Server (SSL) via our shopping cart.
Please note we do not keep any of our clientele's personal information.
Delivery Time- delivery will take approximately 10 days for orders placed by 11:00 am Monday - Friday, within Australia. Allow a further 2 days for locations outside the metropolitan areas.
All our products are insured, sent using appropriate packaging that secures our designs, and they are also tagged and wrapped.
Registered post bags are used at all times, as they require a signature on delivery, the price varies depending on the cost of jewellery included, insurance and padded bag.
Orders - Must be paid for in advance at time of checkout and must be cleared prior to the order being sent. Our orders are attended to on Monday - Friday, between 9am- 5pm.
International Orders - Please contact us directly and we will check postage costs and delivery times for you.
Exchange Policy - Any item to be exchanged must be in a saleable condition "as sold", before exchanging and the receipt is to be obtained. This must be done within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
Repair Policy - We will attempt to repair any design, though we may not be able to replace an existing stone or silver finding at times - due to manufacturing availability. In this instance, we will assess the repair to confirm responsibility.
Guarantee Policy - We guarantee all our workmanship for one year, however, if a design is damaged from agreed 'wear and tear', then we will repair the piece at a small cost.
PLEASE NOTE: the beauty of the Minxcreationz collections is that no two pieces are the same. Semi-precious stones have natural inclusions, this adds beauty to our designs and I hope that you appreciate it too!
In the situation where a crystal or mineral is broken or lost then we shall repair the design with the materials we have but we can never guarantee the exact stones again.
Refund Policy - No Refund for change of mind. If mutually agreed, Minxcreationz will refund a design that has apparently been damaged/broken due to our workmanship.
Due to health regulations, Minxcreationz cannot refund any earrings that have been worn.
