Care for your Jewellery
Minxcreationz guarantees all workmanship for one year and are happy to repair any piece that may become damaged or we shall endeavour to source a
matching stone just in case you may break or lose your jewellery.
If we require replacing any silver findings then we shall send away for the finding and wait for the replacement to arrive back
from Indonesia or Country sourced. Your patience is appreciated here!
Care for your jewellery by storing it in a jewellery box or jewellery pouch of some kind.
All jewellery is precious so we must care for every piece:
Be gentle with each piece of jewellery
Never directly spray, hairspray or perfume onto your jewellery, as it may tarnish
Some of us have high alkaline (acid) in our skin and this may affect your jewellery
Do not expose your jewellery to household chemicals or heat (this may happen when cleaning with your jewellery on)
Because we make designs using semi-precious stones - we can never guarantee that our products will not change colour as
they are mined from the earth. On some occasions we may use dyed stones - you will be informed when we do.
All stones vary in size and shape and may have wonderful imperfections at times, these are some of the qualities
that add to our jewellery and make each piece a unique purchase or gift!
As a lot of our jewellery is threaded using high quality beading wire, you our customer must take into consideration
that once worn the jewellery may settle and so may appear to be a little larger than when purchased.
Cleaning
You can clean your sterling silver with a silver cloth. Minerals and crystals don't need to be cleaned, so please don't try to do so!
If you want to cleanse your stones - please do so by placing your jewellery on a crystal cluster, maybe citrine or amethyst.
